About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team and support strategic initiatives for NextEra. This is a highly visible role focused on defining the architecture, governance, and long-term evolution of the ServiceNow platform while enabling enterprise-wide digital transformation and automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills, serving as the architectural authority for complex ServiceNow implementations and integrations.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and enterprise solutions.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.
• Advanced knowledge of:
• IT Service Management (ITSM)
• IT Operations Management (ITOM)
• Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
• IT Business Management (ITBM) / Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Hands-on development experience using:
• JavaScript
• AngularJS
• HTML/CSS
• ServiceNow APIs
• Experience with:
• REST and SOAP integrations
• Integration Hub
• MID Server
• Strong knowledge of:
• CMDB
• SQL
• Workflow Automation
• ServiceNow Platform Governance
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proven experience in technical leadership, enterprise architecture, and governance.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluent English for collaboration with global stakeholders and leadership teams.

Required Certifications

• ServiceNow Master Architect
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in two or more ServiceNow modules

Preferred Certifications

• ITIL v4
• TOGAF or Zachman Framework
• Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• PMP Certification
• Agile and/or Scrum Certifications

Key Responsibilities

• Define the overall architecture, strategy, and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead complex ServiceNow implementations, integrations, and platform governance initiatives.
• Establish technical standards, architectural principles, and best practices.
• Serve as the primary technical authority and mentor for development and implementation teams.
• Ensure platform security, scalability, performance, reliability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define innovative and scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
• Drive automation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the platform ecosystem.
• Support the evolution of ServiceNow capabilities and contribute to the organization's digital transformation strategy.
• Review solution designs, architecture artifacts, and implementation approaches to ensure quality and consistency.
• Provide guidance on emerging technologies, platform enhancements, and optimization opportunities.
