Technical Lead (Angular / Node.js / AWS)

We are looking for a Technical Lead (Angular / Node.js / AWS) who wants to learn and transform his career.

Requirements:

Must Have:

• 3+ Years acting as Technical Leader
• Strong proficiency in Angular v18+ and Node.js. v18+
• Strong SQL, Queries, API Knowledge, able to review, improve existing APIs and create new APIs.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway).
• Expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Advanced English.

Good to Have:

• Experience with serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps culture.
• Certifications in AWS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development teams in building enterprise-grade applications using Angular and Node.js.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Design and implement advanced architectures, including microservices and serverless patterns.
• Act as a primary technical liaison with clients, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product Management.
