Fullstack Developer Python

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team and drive the design, development, deployment, and support of modern web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable and high-performing solutions using Python. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to technical architecture decisions, and help deliver innovative digital experiences.

We wil consider candidates across Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and support of full-stack web applications.
• Design and develop robust back-end services, APIs, integrations, and data workflows using Python and related frameworks.
• Build responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using React and modern JavaScript development practices.
• Configure, customize, and extend Drupal CMS solutions to support content management, workflows, and digital experience requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure application performance, security, maintainability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and best practice initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong full-stack development experience with hands-on expertise in:
• Python
• React
• Drupal CMS
• PostgreSQL
• Modern web application development
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer, with responsibility for architecture decisions, technical delivery, and team guidance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 7+ years of professional experience in software development.
