Requirements:

• Proven experience managing IT Infrastructure projects in enterprise environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Intermediate proficiency in Smartsheet.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL methodologies.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning concepts.
• Experience with Cloud Services and cloud infrastructure environments.
• Understanding of Software-Defined technologies (SDx).
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles, controls, and best practices.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications such as Oracle EBS, Salesforce, RentalMan, and Vertex.
• Experience working with technologies and platforms including Azure, Citrix, Databricks, and OneID.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure lifecycle processes, including planning, procurement, deployment, asset management, monitoring, maintenance, and retirement.
• Knowledge of core IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage systems, network devices, operating systems, and enterprise software.
• Understanding of network infrastructure, data centers, cloud platforms, and security systems.
• Experience with data storage, data management, and governance concepts.
• Ability to identify project risks, dependencies, and operational impacts across infrastructure environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working with vendors, service providers, and multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate IT Infrastructure projects across the full lifecycle, including planning, procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement activities.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate infrastructure deployments and implementations while ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and enterprise application teams.
• Support IT asset lifecycle management, including acquisition, tracking, maintenance, and decommissioning activities.
• Drive operational efficiency by promoting best practices, governance standards, and process improvements.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure infrastructure initiatives meet performance, security, compliance, and business objectives.
